People-First; Humanoeuvre’s Vision 

In 2005, with experience as a consultant in leadership development, Don decided to start Humanoeuvre, focusing on leadership development, facilitation and business development consulting. Eighteen years later, after two decades in Talent Acquisition, Sarah decided it was time to change career and joined forces with Don to refine Humanoeuvre’s focus to incorporate their collective expertise.  

Together, they reshaped the business to focus on building and improving team performance. Their core belief is that all significant human achievement, whether building space shuttles, managing companies, or winning grand finals, only becomes possible when people cooperate effectively; that is, they work as teams. They have found that the human element, rather than processes, resources, skills or organisational structures, most reliably defines team performance. They now offer four distinct team-enhancing disciplines – Talent Acquisition Advisory, Leadership Development, Team Building, and Coaching.  

This passion for holistic, people-first approaches led them to join the Human Collaborative. Looking for scalability and collaboration, Humanoeuvre was excited to join forces with Sue and the Human Collaborative team. They recognise the power of leaning on diverse teams, each bringing unique perspectives and expertise. The Human Collaborative offers an integrated approach, a united front of organisations deeply committed to people-focused solutions – a mission close to the hearts of Sarah and Don. With this collaborative force, they seek to identify target clients for comprehensive organisational solutions to help them leverage the potential of their most valuable asset – their people.    

Currently, they’re diving into improving organisational culture, transformational facilitation and team coaching while constantly looking for ways to make their client experiences more engaging and their coaching more impactful.
